Recently I changed jobs, and my Tello account was linked to my former email. Because trello keep getting charge me, How can I delete my account with this former email? What other solutions do I have?

I suggest contacting Trello support to address the charges: trello.com/en/contact.
If you have access to the account, you can delete it by following these steps: support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/deleting-your-trello-account.
Make sure someone else in your company has admin access to transfer content properly. For more details on changing admins, visit support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/changing-the-admins-of-a-workspace-or-board.
