¿el que estaba utilizando antes gratuito puede estar enterlazado para no peder la información? ¿estaba bajo otro email [email removed]?

If you submit a request through trello.com/contact and choose Billing, only the billing team would see that - on the other hand, this community forum is public, so other people can view this thread as well.

I think you're right, there must be a mix up with the email addresses assigned to that Workspace. We aren't able to discuss specifics of accounts information through the community, mostly to be sure we keep your personal information as private as possible, but we're glad to help out.
