not an admin in workspace I created

I created a workspace. I am the only member currently, but when I see the member list, I am not listed as the admin. I am trying to upgrade to the premium, but cannot see the billing tabs to upload the tax-exempt documents.

Hi @Travis Walker - welcome to the Community!

I recommend having a read through our help doc on Workspace admin capabilities: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/workspace-admin-capabilities/

Free Workspaces do not have admins. All members of the Workspace should be able to upgrade it to Premium. 

I can see you've already raised CA-2997992 to speak to our billing team about your tax exemption and they're waiting on your reply.
