I'm not entirely sure (and online translators don't bring any more clarity, sadly) what your workflow looks like and where those 2 lists are that you can't see the comments there, but this behavior sounds weird.
Could I ask you to create a ticket through https://trello.com/contact? This gives us access to a few more tools to help investigate, and we can discuss information that can't be shared publicly.
