Hi @drggoodman !
Unfortunately, we can't change the email or password linked to your Trello account for security reasons. The best move would be to reach out to your old university to see if they can temporarily reactivate your email. If they can do that, you'll be able to reset your password here: https://id.atlassian.com/login/resetpassword.
Here's a little workaround: if you're still logged in on another device, like your phone, you can create a new Trello account with an accessible email. Then, invite this new account to your boards from the device you're still logged into. This way, you won't lose any of your board contents!
If accessing that email isn't an option and you're not logged in elsewhere, I'm really sorry, but we won't be able to help you regain access to your account. 😞 It's always a good idea to keep your account info up-to-date to avoid these kinds of issues in the future.
Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you!
Hi Renato,
Thank you so much for this answer. I was able to persuade my old university to allow me access to my deactivated e-mail account, and I now have access to my old Trello boards. You mentioned that I can invite my new account to my boards from the device I'm still logged into. How do I do this invitation? I don't want this to happen to me again, so I would like to migrate all my Trello boards to my new account. Thank you.
Geoff
