j'ai l'impression de me faire arnaquer

La présentation des conditions d'abonnement au niveau business class n'ont pas été assez clairs, et je me retrouve débiter de plusieurs centaines d'euros en quelques jours, dès que une des partipants à mon groupe se connecte, je suis débitée de 118 dollars ! 

Je n'ai jamais compris que j'allais payé cela, d'autant que au final, mon abonnement gold que j'avais depuis le mois de février 2018 me suffisait largement.

j'ai interrogé le service client pour demander l'annulation de cette abonneemnt, j'ai eu une réponse un dimanche pour m'expliquer que j'étais ainsi débitée de 118 dollars, et j'ai demandé à ce que 1 seul abonnement soit facturé une fois ,et que les autres participants étaient juste des invités et pas des gestionnaires, mais rien n'y fait, je n'ai plus de réponse.
Je suis vraiment désespérée. Je suis architecte, seule dans ma structure, j'ai l'impression de m'être fait méchamment arnaquée..

@muriel in business class you will pay for anyone who is a member of your team, or a member of more than one board in a business class team. Unfortunately we can't help you here in the community, but since you've already tried to contact Trello support directly I'll see if I can get a better result by bringing this up with the team in the Slack channel.
