I'm unable to type in the handles of individuals on cards I'm working on.
Sometimes, I type @ and a list shows up, but it's limited and doesn't include others who are actually on the card. Then, I try to type a name and I get sent to the description box instead or somehow I end up archiving the card itself. This is a very new issue just starting today for me, and is quite problematic and inefficient.
Is this an issue with my account?
Hey @Laurette Hargrove - welcome to the Community!
Is this happening across all boards or just one or two?
Are you able to type @ then type the user's username you want to @ mention so that you can mention them correctly?
If you could elaborate on the issue you're facing, that would be awesome.
hi @Alex Waite , it was across all boards.
I was able to type the @, but not username after it so it could auto-fill or so that I could complete it myself. It seems to have self corrected over the weekend.
The issue was that I could only select from the incomplete dropdown list, so I could select '@card' , @ everybody on the board, and maybe 12-15 listed usernames, rarely were they members attached to the actual card, though.
I'd type the @, and when I started a username, if that username was also a keyboard shortcut in trello, the card woul exit the comment box and use the shortcut instead.
Again, it's no longer an issue today, I just don't know why.
