Not with existing tools I'm afraid. We have a feature called Dashcards that would show you a count of cards that match certain criteria, but there isn't a way to filter for two specific dates.

There is an option to filter for cards "due later than X days ago", but not a way to set an exact set of dates for that filter.

While not a perfect solution, Dashcards may be useful for other scenarios. If you'd like to check them out, this is the best place to start:
