Hi @Sasha Sherman - welcome to the Community!
Not sure what you mean by 'ticket number' - is this a Custom Field?
Hi, attaching example from board as it looks on desktop. see ticket numbers in red frame: #Num. These numbers we use to communicate between developers and QA team. But when I open Trello board on mobile app - they are not seen.

Hey @Sasha Sherman - sorry but this still doesn't make it clear as to how these keys are appearing on your board on desktop.
If you're using a Power-Up, please note that third-party Power-Ups (and a lot of first-party) will not show up on the mobile apps.
If you're using a browser extension, this will only show up on the browser you've enabled the extension on.

I see...
I asked the R&D team leader, he said he used some third party plugin for this...
So it's not supported on mobile probably.
But he agrees with me that Ticket Number should be included in Trello basic functionality (without need in plugin/power-up/extension, etc...)
Every system like : JIRA,YouTrack, Azure Devops, ALM , etc - has a ticket number...It's not clear why it's absent in Trello.
It's like most basic thing for tracking and managing tickets - to see their ticket number...
Please consider making it a basic feature on Desktop and Mobile...it's critical I think for most users working in teams (even very small)
Thanks, Looking forward for your answer,
Have a nice day!
