how to do prevent hidden tasks from appearing when I open up Trello every morning?

Every day we open Trello and all hidden tasks on all the cards are visible. We do not want to see them since we are finished with them. But also do not want to delete as we may need to reference later. We would like hidden tasks to stay hidden when Trello is opened. Is there a way to do this?

Just to confirm, are you referring to hiding completed checklist items in checklists?

If so, can you please check if you've selected Hide completed items for each checklist?

 

Does the issue occur when you view the checklist on web browser, or does it happen only when you use the desktop/mobile app?

Hello, my team and I are having the same issue since the new update. We are using the mobile version on our iPhones. We keep selecting “hide completed” but it keeps appearing every time we open the app.

Can you please confirm you're on the latest version of the Trello app?

To do so, uninstall the app and reinstall it via the App Store. 

If reinstalling doesn't help either, please let us know the OS and device version that you're currently using and we can pass this on to our team for further investigation.

I’m using the most updated version. I don’t want to uninstall the app because I have three other employees using it and I’m the administrator. 

This started happening two weeks ago once it updated. I only use the application on my iPhone.
