Since last summer no one of my my team receive any e-mail notificatication from trello. I have checked our trello configuration and there is not any change from time we received e-mail notification properly.

To receive notifications of certain actions on a card, you must be watching the card, list, or board where the card is, or you have to be a member of the card in question. Please refer to our article below for more details about it:
To make sure everything is setup correctly, please follow these steps to test your notification settings:
You should see a notification in your email about that comment within the next 15 minutes. Once you receive the email notification, you can check Trello, where you should see a notification in the notification section about the comment.
If you don't see this behavior, please submit an internal ticket and let us know the affected emails. This information is sensitive, so it is better to handle it internally.
