does information get backed up, so nothing gets lost?

is there a way to access information from a board that accidently gets deleted?

Hi @Matthew Nussmeier 👋

Welcome to the Community! That is probably THE most important question for any Trello user and I've had the deletion fear many times. You'll be pleased to know there is a Trello Power Up that allows you to backup and restore your work on Trello.

With Rewind's Backups for Trello Power Up you can restore Boards, Lists, Cards, Checklists, Custom Fields, Labels & Attachments (to name but a few!). Rewind runs daily automated backups and protects you against innocent mistakes, buggy Power-Ups, and attacks. Swiftly restore your entire board back to a time when everything worked perfectly.

You can try Rewind Backups for free for 7 days however after that it is $1/board/month.

I hope this helps but if you have any other questions just ask away 😃

All the best,

Laura

Thanks so much for shouting out Backups for Trello, @Laura Holton _Valiantys_

If you are looking for free and easy way to backup Trello boards and keep all the data on the Trello servers, take a look at the Amazing Fields powerup.  It recently added a way to do this using automatted backups within your account.

Hi @Allen -Amazing PowerUps- If you are promoting a product on behalf of a company, Please review our guidelines for Marketplace and Solution Partners , specifically:

  • Identify yourself as a partner: Make sure the user is aware you are affiliated with a partner company; for example, by placing the name of your company in your user name in {curly brackets} or -dashes-  and
  • No linking to your product site or blog

Please disclose your association to the marketplace app you've linked and update your profile.

So glad you're thinking of protecting your data, @Matthew Nussmeier! If you need any help getting started with the Backups for Trello Power-Up, we're happy to help. You can send our team a message at help@rewind.com.
