delete duplicates item

Hi 

I want to change an item in a card by an another item with the same name. 

I use this command : 

when a card is added to a list, find the card liked in the attachment, remove item {triggercardname} and add an item {triggercardlink}. 

Unfortunatly, remove doesn't work. So, I have duplicated items in the card. 

The item to remove is a cardlink. Is this a reason that I can't use the variable {triggercardname} to identify the item.

After testing, I can use {triggercardname} to remove only an item without cardlink. If the item is linked to a card, the variable {cardname} doesn't work to identify the item => usage log prints : "I couldn't find a checklist item called {cardname}".
