copying a board to another person's Trello account

I have a board in my Trello account that I want to share with someone else. I don't want them to just have a connection to mine to see. I want them to be able to import it to their Trello account and add to/take away as needed without affecting mine. 

In essence, Cut from my Trello and Paste into their Trello.

Can this be done?

If you want the user to be able to make their own copy of your board (separate to the original) and make changes without affecting yours, a suggested approach would be:

1. Invite the user to the board as a member: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/adding-people-to-a-board/
2. The user can make a copy of the board: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/copying-cards-lists-or-boards/#Boards.
3. Once the user has made a copy of the board, remove the user's access to the original board so they don't make changes in your version.
