comment section isnt saving

My Trello boards are shared with coworkers and the comments section isnt saving for one of them. She will upload notes in the comment section/upload photos....then about 8 weeks later she pulled up our clients profile that we keep on there and nothing is showing up. We all have gone in and looked with each of our accounts and its not showing up for us either.
