You can change the invoice billing address from admin.atlassian.com > billing >select the product and click on Manage > address.

I followed the path you provided, but there was nothing there. I want to change the invoicing address for CardSync, but I couldn't find any information about CardSync on the path you suggested. Where should I go to change the invoicing address for CardSync?
