1- When you enter Trello with an email as an admin and add several people as members, is it possible to set a user limit for each member? For example, you Board is defined as a number of cards, some cards cannot be entered.
Or are they not allowed to delete and edit?
2- Apart from admin, if another member creates a board, do we still have to pay? Or do we pay once and that's it?
3- How many gigs is the amount of space that we can save documents in Trello premium?
4- Do you have more comprehensive educational video to send us?
Hey @PRINCESS
When you grant someone access to a board they'll get access to all the cards on the board, there's no way to limit this to only specific cards, if you're wanting to restrict someone's access to cards you'll need to split your cards across multiple boards, then you can add people only to the boards with the cards they need to be able to see.
For both our Premium and Standard plans creating a new board in the workspace won't make you need to pay more as the billing for our Premium and Standard plans is based on the workspace and board members, you can find out more about how this works here - https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/how-billing-works-with-trello-premium-and-standard/
There's no limit on the amount of space you can use for attachments on Trello, the only limits are that if you're on our Free plan you can only attach files up to 10MB in size whereas on our paid plans you can upload files up to 250MB in size.
We also have a number of training resources you can view for Trello:
