I still have the basic version and I had a lot of boards for a long. Now a lot of my boards are deleted? And Trello has now support? I could not upgrade and now I can't use many boards. Are they deleted without asking me which boards I want to keep??? If this is true, I lost a lot of very important information for my business and that is absolutely very bad. And Trello has now support? Can someone help? Thanks.

Hi Dorothea, Welcome to the Atlassian community!

I can assure you that we do not delete our costumer's boards, boards usually go "missing" when users have over 10 open boards and their Free Trial expires. Since Free Workspaces have a limit of 10 open boards, the top 10 most recently active boards are kept open and the remaining get closed.

That's hardly a problem though, considering these closed boards can easily be reopened with a few clicks once you have enough space for them (by either signing up for Standard/Premium or closing/moving boards to other Workspaces):

  • Reopening a closed board

From there, click on the View all closed boards button. You may need to scroll to the bottom of the page if you have a lot of boards.

Find the board and click Re-open.

Would you mind checking it and telling me if that's your case?

If not, could you please submit a new ticket with us so we can take a look at where they might be?

I hope this helps, have a great New Year ahead.
