Hi, i want to add automation to a template so when a new list is created every card that is added to that list will have a label. I have 3 custom labels in a template board - not started, in process, completed. i have two lists that every board will have and then users will add other lists for specific tasks with each board. when someone adds new list i want every card in that list to automatically add the "not started" label. i've played around with butler but cant' figure out how to do this.
thx
Hi @C_ Dade
When a new list is created initially it is blank and doesn't have any cards on them, so on checking we didn't find an option to add a label to the card when someone adds a new list,
however, you could set up a rule that adds a label whenever a card is created on the board or when a card is moved into a specific list.
