We give tech support to company's employees. We need a manager or what we call an account owner, to get an email every time a person enters a support ticket. So for example Sally calls in cause she needs support, we enter the ticket and help her, and once we finish a copy of the ticket goes to sally.
2nd we need statistics like how many times sally contacted over 6 months and things like that, is there any way to do this?
Hi there,
Christl from SendBoard here - makers of the Email for Trello Power-Up.
We bring email into Trello so that you can leverage the power of Trello and butler automations, collaborate with your team and engage with your customers all in one place. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions about automating emails or setting up notifications.
In terms of statistics, there are some great reporting PowerUps (like Blue cat reports) that you can look into depending on the stats you want and the way your boards are set up.
Hope that helps!
You can set up Butler rules to send out an email to someone using multiple different methods such as when a card enters or exits a list, when they are assigned as a member etc. Just be aware that depending on your account level there are restrictions on the number of emails that can be sent each month
As far as statistics tracking for what you mentioned that is a little more tricky to do natively within Trello depending on what your process within Trello looks like and your card builds.
