I'm transitioning some work process tracking over to Trello and trying to figure out if there's a tool, feature, power up or the like that would help me with a particular step.
I'd like to auto-archive my "Done" list cards weekly, but one nice thing about my current non-Trello process is that I can basically send my "weekly" task completions to myself and have it tracked (for purposes of achievement tracking and work performance review).
Is there something "out there" that could help with that?
@David_Ensor One obvious choice would be to move your "Done" list to an archive board each week, then you'd have a history. Just rename the list to the current day's date.
You could do this with Butler like this:
every sunday at 11:59 pm, rename list "Done" to "Done {date}", and move list "Done {date}" to the top position of board "My Archive"
Well, using Butler, an "Archive" button is already being used to basically accomplish the weekly archive (just manually by button-click).
However, that only accomplishes the archiving portion of my inquiry and not the second part - tracking the archived items in a way that can be later referenced by week.

@David_Ensor if you do the above, then you have a board where each week is a list and you can reference them later. What do you want to achieve that the above system doesn't do?
