Hi all, i was hoping you could help, I am currently using zappier as way to create trello cards when new orders come in on my website.
Currently the zap is working and creates the card as it should, however the information on the description of the card is all squashed together and makes it fairly difficult to read.
I was advised you can use the formatter tool to fix this.
My scenario is set up as follows:
Website > zappier formatter > trello
Trello takes the input values from the setup in zappier formatter (which is list set to list items) however when this action is performed and tested the formatting remains exactly the same.
Has any one else managed to set this up successfully so the card description is formatted?
hope that all makes sense.
Any help much appreciated
Hmmm, I can't speak for what might be the exact reason that isn't working. As a quick test, can you create a similar zap which sends the formatted text to another product, like a Google Doc? Does the same issue occur there? That might help narrow down if the formatting trouble is with Zapier or Trello.
Beyond that, it might be worth checking in with Zapier's support team on this as well. I'm sure they're more familiar with troubleshooting any issues with the formatter.
