Are rules that i am creating for a board that multiple people are a part of only my rules or are the rules belonging to the board? I was invited to a board as a guest but the rules i created only seamed visible on my end and now from the board admins end.

Also with the buttons. I created buttons but the buttons were not visible to the board admin when he opened up the card. Now i am a board admin and i am wondering if any rules i make and buttons i create will stick with the board and everyone on the board?

Also, what happens when i leave the board? Will the rules and buttons i made disappear off the board?

Hi @William Hofer
1. Rules are created at the user level. Board admins can view all rules enabled on the board. See here.

2. See "Share automation buttons" here.

3. I believe it stays enabled on the board, however, it will run into an error when trying to execute the automation and fail. The "performer" of the automation is tied to your user, so if you are not a member of the board, you don't have privileges to make changes to the board, hence the automation would not run.

I would recommend creating the automations with a bot user (service account) rather than a personal account and ensure all admins have access to this user.
