Workspace user limit is 10 or less but still says the board is view only?

I am a guest on some one else's workspace, and the board say "This free Workspace is over the 10 collaborator limit and all boards are view only." , but I only see 9 board members and that includes myself. Why is the board view only if we don't have more than 10? Is there a difference between a collaborator and a board member? Do I have to be an admin to see collaborators?

Hi Anna, 

The collaborator limit includes all Workspace members and all Workspace guests. What could be happening is that while the board you are looking at is under 10, there could be other boards in that Workspace that are pushing the total over the limit.

An admin for the Workspace would be able to confirm and remove collaborators or upgrade the Workspace.
