Hi 

Today I started playing with the Trello app, however, I have a question about how to set up a team. I added my first colleague but now I am paying 2x for a Workspace Member. If I will ad my entire freelance team (25 people) will that result in paying 25 times the license fee?

Only single board guest are exempted for fees. A guest is not a member of the workspace. When you add members to your workspace, you would have to pay for every member.
