Example situation: I want that when a card's task is performed, this card performs a task in another card's checklist. That is, when the current task is being executed, this card was synchronized with the task in the checklist of another card. Is it possible to do this?

While card syncing isn't a native feature of Trello, you could set up a simple one-way sync using automation, which you can read more about here: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/synchronizing-cards/
