Work in sequence or domino effect

Hey everyone.

I am a small construction business and have work in sequence. If one task get delayed because of an inspection, for exemple, I'll need to reset the start and due dates for the following steps. For example: I do Counter Top installation, than Back Splash Tile, than the Electrical Finish work. If counter top gets delayed, I'll need to reset all the start dates for the Back Splash and Electrical Finish.
Is there a way for me to set a card start date, after a previous card gets done, like the exemple above?

But you may try StartADAM. I´m a little suspicious because it´s a powerup we developed at Speedlancer. But it was meant to solve this
