Trello can be used for differenent work flow basis?
Hello @Meghana K Jois ,
Welcome to the Atlassian Community!!
Trello is a project management tool that offers a user-friendly and highly visual interface, making it ideal for managing projects of various sizes and complexities. Here are some ways Trello can be used for project management:
Creating boards: Trello allows you to create boards that represent your projects. Each board contains lists and cards that represent the tasks and subtasks associated with the project.
Creating lists: Lists are a way to organize the cards on the board. You can create different lists based on the different stages of the project, such as "To-Do," "In Progress," and "Completed."
Creating cards: Each card represents a specific task or subtask within the project. You can add details such as due dates, checklists, and attachments to each card.
Assigning tasks: You can assign tasks to team members and add due dates to keep everyone on track. You can also add comments and attachments to the cards to provide additional information and context.
Tracking progress: Trello allows you to track the progress of your project in real-time. You can move cards from one list to another as they are completed, which provides a visual representation of the project's progress.
Collaborating: Trello enables collaboration among team members. You can add team members to boards, assign tasks to them, and communicate via comments.
Integrating with other tools: Trello integrates with various tools such as Slack, Google Drive, and GitHub, allowing you to streamline your workflow and automate certain tasks.
Overall, Trello can be an effective tool for project management, providing a flexible and visual way to manage tasks, track progress, and collaborate with team members.

Hi again Meghana,
Sorry I have missed this question. The Approvals Power-Up by Hipporello allows you to manage approvals on your Trello board. The power-up also provides you with a web portal, which you can use if you want a person who's not on your board (like a client, a non-Trello manager, a consultant, etc) to review some cards and approve/decline them.
