Why will my rule not run after edit in Butler?

Hi so I created a rule and in the rule, it had created a new checklist. Turns out I didn't need that, so I took that part out. However, after unchecking the item on the checklist  to reset the trigger, I no longer see that the rule is running. Even when I check the command log after I check off the item that is part of the trigger, I don't see that it even attempted to run the rule. Any tips?
