Why isn't my Typeform integration working?

I have a Typeform integration set up so that each time someone submits a specific Typeform form, it creates a new card in a particular Trello list. I've received two submissions to the form, and no new cards have appeared. I have double checked that it's the correct form and correct board. Any thoughts?

Have you tried Blue Cat Forms? You can create a form that sends submissions to your Trello board into a selected list. There is no connection needed other than your Trello account and the form can be embedded.

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the community! I can help to troubleshoot a bit. To be candid though, the Typeform folks may be better suited to help with this, as they built and maintain that Power-Up.

If you haven't already, I think the best first step is to relink Typeform to your board to see if that helps jumpstart things.

1. Go to the board where this Power-Up is enabled.
2. Open the Board Menu and select the Typeform Power-Up
3. Select Remove personal settings and Disable the Power-Up.
4. Go to https://trello.com/my/account
5. Under the Applications section, select Revoke under any entries for Typeform

To re-link Typeform to that board:

1. On your board, click Show Menu on the right side
2. Click Add Power-up and add Typeform to that board
3. Log in to Typeform through the provided modal
4. Authorize Typeform with Trello (this will give Typeform access to your Trello account)
5. Once this is done you should see a message that says, "You're good to go!"
6. Select the Typeform, Board, and title you want to use (if Typeform asks)

Once that's done, go back to the form and submit a response as a test to see if it comes through on your board! If that doesn't work, I recommend reaching out to Typeform's support team directly for additional help: https://help.typeform.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
