Why is my automation not working? But it does work when I press Run automation.

I want to create a card every Monday morning for multiple people in my workspace at 8:00 AM. When creating the automation with a schedule trigger, it doesn't work. I go to the automation and click, "Run automation," and it works. Can someone explain to me why that is?

Hi, Garrett! Welcome to the community!

From what I'm looking at, your automation rule seems correct, but that's assuming all variables are correctly spelled. Would you mind checking if your List is exactly "3 metas" and so on for other variables? 

If you've checked those are all correct, could you try clicking on the Lamp symbol of your rule to check its automation log for all attempts as execution your automation recently had? That could clue us into any errors which might have kept your automation from working.
