I have added the Jira powerup in trello and the cards imported into Jira. My concern is that comments placed in either the Jira issue or the Trello card do not show in the opposite issue/card as appropriate.
Can this only be achieved via a paid for power up?
Can anyone advise?
@Dawn Newman i believe you'd need to set up automation for this to happen. I don't know exactly how to do it in Jira, but it's pretty easy in Trello. You'd just want a custom field or something that specifies the link to the jira issue:
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Hi @Dawn Newman - hope, this Q finds you well. - Regarding the Use-Case <copying Trello-Comments to linked JIRA-issue> - have you ever found an appropriate solution / workaround for this scenario? - Would appreciate your insights. - Thanks for sharing.

@Christoph Zumbühl Unfortunately not. It is still on my radar but other work priorities have taken over.
