Why does my add unique card automation not work?

I’ve added some automations onto my board to add unique cards each Monday morning in order to set up my board for the week ahead. If the cards are already in the list from last week then I don’t want to have duplicates so I’ve used the “add unique card” command. When I run the automation as a test it correctly identifies that a card is already in the list and doesn’t add a new one, but when I let it run automatically on a Monday morning, it adds duplicates into my lists!

I tested a scheduled automation as you mentioned and didn't find any issues. Probably I did something different and this is why I'm not having the same result.
