Hello,
Since this morning, a new tab is created every time I click on a linked card. In the past, the clicked linked card would open in the same tab, which made it much easier to manipulate.
I'm a premium member and have created custom rules on my board to automatically create a new card every time i add an item to a checklist (with the title of the new card that features the title of the parent card).
You can understand that with many cards having numerous checklists, I am often clicking on child cards. The fact that it now all of a sudden creates new tabs is quite cumbersome.
I'm not sure if this a simple feature that can be toggled on or off, but I would like to avoid having dozens of tabs open at once...
I hope that my explanation is clear.
Thanks in advance for your help.

@Chargé de projets - Rigaud Hi there, and thanks for reporting this issue. I don't believe this is an expected change in behavior. I've passed the bug along to our developers, and hopefully we can get it fixed soon. Thanks again for letting us know!

I appreciate that this is an old thread but the issue seems to not have been resolved - for me at least. Clicking on a linked card from a calendar view continues to open that card in a separate tab. Equally frustrating when using the desktop app, as a new instance of the app is opened every time.
Any update on a fix?

Hi @atomcreativemedia I am not able to reproduce this anymore, as we fixed the originally reported issue nearly a year ago. Can you give more specific details on your environment and the steps i could take reproduce the unexpected behavior? I'm trying:
Actual result (which is also the expected behavior): The card opens in the same tab
I'm using Chrome on Mac.
