Why do my lists stop before the bottom of the screen and need a scrollbar?

My wife is new to Trello. She's adding cards to new lists on a Microsoft Surface. The lists will not extend to the bottom of the screen before getting a scrollbar. The scrollbar does not disappear when she changes magnification of the screen to allow her to see all the cards on the list. I've used Trello for years, but have never observed this behavior.

@Dick Freed I'd say it's probably a browser incompatibility. You might like to send a screenshot along with the platform and browser specs to support@trello.com
