I have to re-log in every time I launch the desktop app. As far as I know, the app is up to date. I have tried clearing the local data. I am using a PC and logging in with my Microsoft work account. Can anyone assist?

Does your company enforce SSO on your account? This may be the reason you're forced to log in every time you launch the app.
Hi Alex! It does, I bet that's it. It wasn't doing it when I was first using the app - it recently started. Is this something the Atlassian team can help with, or something I need to reach out to our IT dept for?

Hi @Jamie Desai - I would recommend reaching out to your admins first in your IT department to see if they can alter anything with your SSO configuration to stop this issue from occurring. Then, if they're still encountering issues, they would be able to reach out to Atlassian on your behalf.

This is a major hassle for us. We have not been able to figure out how to manage it. Having to log on every time is a near deal killer - I haven't had to do this on any other app, regardless of how we sign on to the web sites.
