General question here about Trello for company usage:
Why create separate accounts for team members when you can allow different people to access the same account? Which Trello services included in the free version would I miss by going for the latter?

Besides security, you wouldn't know who did what. It would just say "the account did x" but you wouldn't know which Person that actually was.

Well to build a project successfully with security and privacy, it's very important to create different accounts!
If a project doesn't need all employees to see or work on a certain project, in this situation they can create a private team/board accordingly. Trello has a lot of use cases that can be implemented!
