Why cant i add members to my cards in my workspace

I have multiple boards in my workspace but only one will not let me add members to a card while working from a desktop computer, i can do it from my phone but not my computer. i have tried from the web browser and the Trello app on the desktop but still nothing, how do i fix this it is the only board in my workspace with this issue and i am the Admin on all of my boards.

Can you share any errors or messaging you're seeing that is preventing you from adding a member to a card? Is that board part of your Premium Workspace? If not, then please check if you have exceeded the 10 collaborator limit for Free Workspace:  limit. https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/workspace-user-limit/ 

Can you try logging into Trello in the following ways to see if you can reproduce the issue you are having:
* Disable all extensions and customizations in your current browser
* Use a private/incognito browsing tab
* Try using a different browser on the same computer
* Connect to a different network
