Why can't I attach a file to a board that I am an admin on?

I am trying to add an attachment to a card on a board that is in our workplace, I am an admin on, and I keep getting the below error. Included here are other relevant screenshots.

**EDIT: This error only occurs when I try to drag and drop a file into a card. I had success attaching by using the card's "Attachment" button.**

I'm Manu from the Trello support team here to help!

I checked your account and noticed you were an Enterprise user so it could be that your Enterprise doesn't allow a specific method of attachments to the boards (only if they are part of an Enterprise workspace).

Are you encountering these issues on all your boards or just the boards that are associated with your Enterprise workspace on your side?

If it's on all your boards, would you be OK creating a ticket with us via https://trello.com/contact so we can have a closer look at it?
