Why can ı not receive verification mails?

Hı. We are using already trello in our work group for business processes. Now we have a new member and want include her to our trello team but she can't receive verification mail with the mail address "tugceo@koczer.com". Our another mail addresses are same domain name and we can using seamlessly.

Could you please check this mail account? Why can we not receive verification mails?

It is suggested that you ask your admin to check if your domain is reachable, using a tool such as https://toolbox.googleapps.com/apps/checkmx/. Sometimes email falls through the cracks and doesn't make it to your inbox. Trello does not have the resources to troubleshoot individual email problems, but they can give general guidelines to help. However, note that for security reasons, Trello does not change email addresses associated with accounts.
