I have been using Trello for a while with one of my service providers and decided to implement it internally for our company. The issue I am having now is that some of our users are not receiving email alerts when they are tagged or added on a board. Their settings are showing that they are set up for receiving the email alerts immediately but nothing comes to their inbox or spam folder. Any thoughts?
If our mail servers have problems delivering the mail, they will stop trying and you will need to contact support directly. I suspect their mail addresses were blocked because of problems between our mail servers and yours.
I’m sorry you can’t solve this on your own. It’s something we should add into forgot password flow or something so it auto resets but unfortunately I don’t think there is any way other than contacting a human at Atlassian.
@Jhopkins87 if it's not an issue with the emails being blocked then another potential problem is that they're viewing their notifications either on the web or mobile version before Trello sends them the email. If you look at the notification anywhere else within about 5 minutes, Trello won't send the same notification via email.
