One of our Premium workspace multi-board guests is an admin on a board and received this message (screenshot below) when trying to add board members. When I count our workspace members along with multi-board guests, we are nowhere near the number of licenses we've paid for. Usually workspace non-admins come to me because they get the notification that only admins can add a single-board user to a second board.
Has anyone ran into this before and have ideas on how to fix the issue?
Hey @Adam Skelton
This is definitely strange behavior! Just to confirm, is it you that's seeing these messages or non-admins when they try to add someone to a second board?
If you're seeing this message rather than non-admins we may need you to raise a ticket with us at https://trello.com/contact/ so we can look into your account and see what's going on here.
This was a non-admin member trying to add them to a second board. This is not the typical message for that situation though. So it seems Trello just glitched and sent the wrong error message. We ended up just having an admin add the user which worked fine without removing anyone from any other boards.

Hey @Adam Skelton
Thanks for confirming, have you seen this message again since?
I'm struggling to reproduce this at the moment but I'll do some more digging and if I find anything I'll get our team to look into this.

We are experiencing the problem where license # is 25 we are showing 20 in use but getting messages we exceeded license count - anyone have any ideas on how to fix?
