What is the purpose of the complete column on Dashcards? How can I use it?

I just started using Dashcards and they are awesome. One of the columns available is labeled completed. I would love to utilize this column and use it to prevent cards that are completed from showing up on the dash card list. I have no idea how to mark a card complete. Please help explain the function of this column. Thanks !

Glad you're liking Dashcards so far! A card is considered Complete in Trello when the checkbox next to its Due Date is checked. 

The best way to start using this column would be to:

  • Assign due dates to your cards
  • Ask your colleagues to start marking the checkmark next to a card's Due Date when they complete that task

That's it! This would let you use a Dashcard to filter for (or filter out) cards that were marked Complete.
