Hi @CafeFXR777 and welcome to the community,

Trello is a task/project management software which you can use alone or with your team. It has many functionalities to describe in a single post, and I would suggest to create a free account and try it. The notion behind it is:

  • You have boards
  • In these boards you create lists
  • On this lists you place tasks
  • On the tasks you can also have checklists (for minor tasks)

You can learn more about Trello here: https://trello.com/ and https://trello.com/guide/trello-101

To add to what Alex has said, The one thing that for me sets Trello above the competition is that it can be for pretty much anything.  It is so flexible, open and powerful that you can use it in any part of work or life...if you use your imagination.  Here are just some examples for what I have used it for in life and work:

  • Shopping planner and list
  • Meal planner
  • Fitness calendar
  • Travel planner
  • Birthday and anniversary tracker
  • Brain dump and note taker
  • Customer and contact database
  • Sales pipeline
  • Customer support helpdesk
  • Accounting
  • Daily routine
  • Business planning
  • Project management

This is just some of the things I have used it for and for my clients, I build out anything they ask for in Trello and this has covered so many parts of business, so many sectors, from 1 person businesses all the way up to multi-national

If you like videos to explain, you can't go wrong with taking a look at Trello's and @Brittany Joiners YouTube channels:
