Welcome to the Atlassian Community. I saw that message too that Trello will be limiting Workspaces on their free plan to 10 collaborators on April 8, 2024.

The recommendation from that article is leaning toward upgrading to a paid plan (if necessary) to allow an unlimited number of collaborators.
