Hello, community
at Productboard we have an integration for our customers to allow them to connect with Trello. It is quite simple: Allowing them to connect the Productboard entity with the Trello card and track the state of the card back to Productboard.
Recently we received a support request that this state synchronisation is broken and when the card is deleted in Trello it is not reflected in Productboard.
Manual verification just confirms that we receive webhooks about all changes except the `deleteCard` one. We did not change that part for a long time.
The webhooks are created according to documentation and as it is described in the Trello spreadsheet the action is still supported on a card object https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1opvJZ2yqfWgVr5ol1NXkvhn7Y4RKon2xPhemMbQprwA/edit#gid=0
Anyone experience the same, or did we miss some new update?
I identified the problem. Our logic was relying on the property "model" in the root of the webhook payload. But that property is now missing. Used a different path in the webhook payload to get id of the card.

Just simulated one and was able to see the deleteCard.
