Hello,
We are interested in upgrading our current free version of Trello to the Standard version.
Can you please guide us on how to edit our VAT number and any additional company information before making the payment? Or is it only possible to add this information after the transaction is complete?
Also, we were wondering if it's possible to grant different member permissions with the Standard Trello version. For instance, can we assign a billing admin role to a team member?
Thanks in advance.
Best regards,
Ekaterina
For VAT information, see this page: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/sales-tax-for-purchases-in-trello/
Where do I enter my VAT number?
You will see an option to enter your VAT exemption number during the subscription payment process.
If you have already purchased a Trello subscription and would like VAT to be deducted going forward, open your subscription's Billing page and choose the option to change your credit card number. You can enter your VAT number there and will also need to re-enter your credit card number. VAT paid previously is not automatically refunded, but your credit card is not charged VAT going forward.

In terms of a billing role, you can assign a billing contact?
You can see how to on this page: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/invoices-and-receipts-for-your-trello-subscription/
Billing contacts
Billing contacts are people who receive subscription receipts and renewal updates via email. This can be someone like an accounting or finance department that doesn't need access to Trello but needs to keep track of receipts and expenses.
Someone that is set a billing contact and is not a member of the Workspace cannot see the Workspace's boards. Additionally, entering someone's email address only as a billing contact does not consume a seat license.
By default, the first person that upgrades the Workspace becomes the billing contact. If you need to edit the billing contact, you can do it from the Workspace's billing page: https://trello.com/[your-Workspace-goes-here]/billing
