Hello Trello Community,
I’m looking into ways to use Trello for managing tasks, requests, and communication within our strata properties at Iconic Property Care. Given the variety of tasks, from maintenance to resident requests, we need a streamlined system to keep everyone organized and up-to-date.
Has anyone here used Trello to manage property management workflows or similar team projects? I’d appreciate any board templates, automation tips, or integration recommendations that could help us track tasks, set deadlines, and improve collaboration with our property owners and tenants. Thanks in advance for your insights
Definitely. I acted as a consultant to a consultant for a company in UK that used Trello to manage and operate 100+ properties. Each property has separate management teams (although some resources are shared across properties) using a board for each property. The challenge for the consultant was to do a process re-engineering for their messaging system. They started well using template boards but found themselves managing hundreds of email and WhatsApp messages. Unfortunately I do not have access to their boards but you can also have common boards to handle common requirements arising from tenant/residence issues like defects, repairs, collection, etc
