Using Butler, how do I add card name and/or description to emails sent notifiing team of new card.

An automated email (via Butler board button) goes out to key people when a new card is added to Trello. Works fine, but I would like to link the card name and description to email, or even provide a link back to card. Is this possible? Thanks.

Yes, that's possible - check out the help docs on variables in Butler: https://help.trello.com/article/1157-variables

In the context of a Board Button however, you likely won't have a card in context to pull a card name/link from. If you meant a Card Button then you will. Alternatively you could look into Reports, which can be triggered from a Board button, and can include multiple card details: https://help.trello.com/article/1192-creating-reports-with-butler

You are right, can't do it from Board Button but can from Card Button. Will work out and update here later. Thanks.
