Hi all,
A user who is currently an Admin on a board of our workspace is getting the following error message.
Page not found. This page may be private. If someone gave you this link, they may need to invite you to one of their boards or Workspaces.
They have tried on both their Work laptop and then on their personal device and getting the same error message. (Screenshot below)
They had also recieved message to complete verification however they never recieved the email (I'm assuming that they have not been able to get it as they have already verified before)
Would someone be able to advise on this please?
Thanks,
Matthew
Hi Matthew,
Welcome to the Atlassian Community! 🙂
First, I'd like to thank you for providing so many details, but I'd suggest removing the screenshot revealing the affected user's email address as these community posts are publicly accessible.
The error message indicates that the user indeed doesn't have access to the board in question. Most likely, they mixed up several of their accounts.
There indeed was an error suppressing Atlassian emails that were sent to the mailbox from the screenshot, but I've just removed that block and any future emails should be successfully delivered.
If that's not the account that has access to the board in question, I'd suggest checking any other email addresses the user has that might be linked to another Atlassian account.
If this doesn't help, please ask the affected user to submit a ticket at https://trello.com/contact and provide the link to the board in question so we can check which account has access to it.
Hope this information helps!
